Ingredients:
1 Flank Steak, scoredMarinade:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Marinate the flank steak for 4 hours or overnight for the best flavour.
Grill to medium-rare. Meanwhile, boil the marinade ingredients for 15 minutes and use as a dipping sauce.
Serve with Lemon Potatoes.
